Javier Puldain Huarte (San Sebastian, 1963). He obtained an Architecture Degree by the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid (UPM) in 1989, a Master's Degree in Spatial Planning and the Environment, by Deusto University, 2002, and a PhD in Architecture by the Architecture Department of the University of the Basque Country in 2013. He has been a professor at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of San Sebastian (EHU·UPV) since 1999 and a professor at the Master's Degree on Landscape management.
