Ibon Salaberria. He has a degree in architecture by the Higher Technical School of Architecture of San Sebastian (2003). He obtained a first in his Bachelor's thesis and he was short-listed at the first edition of the Iguzzini-Espan?a call for Bachelor's theses. He has a MA in Community Participation and Development (2015) by the University of the Basque Country.

In 2006, he founded the TOKI arkitekturak studio. He is a lecturer of Architectural projects at the Higher Technical School of Architecture of San Sebastian since 2007. He is the coordinator and curator of “Ciudad y Otras Políticas” (City and other policies) at the Contemporary Culture Centre of San Sebastian since 2013. In 2015 he founded beSTe Arkitektura Agentzia Bat.
