Carlos Quindós. An architect and General Manager of VISESA-Basque Country's Housing and Land, Carlos Quindós has been a promoter in the fields of history, culture, gastronomy, business and commerce in the Autonomous Regions of León and Castilla-León, in collaboration with its institutions. He also taught drawing and directed different areas of the BALZOLA Group.
