Iñigo Beguiristain - Pamplona

Iñigo Beguiristain, architect (1998) and landscape artist (2003) by the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the University of Navarre. He combines his professional activity with academic research and teaching. He was the coordinator of the magazine "Ra Revista de Arquitectura" and has been a lecturer in the Higher Technical Schools of Architecture of the Navarre University, the Basque Country University and the Higher Design Centre of Navarre, as well as a guest lecturer in several international universities.

He worked for the Public Administrations, in the General Directorate for Housing of the La Rioja Government and the Urbanism and Housing Area of the Pamplona City Council. Since 2016, he has worked as a liberal professional, routinely collaborating with other professionals.

His projects have received various awards at architectural competitions. His works, which have featured in many exhibitions and have been published in specialised magazines, have received the following awards:

Chicago Athenaeum Award (2014), COAVN Award for Architecture (2013), FAD Award for Architecture (Finalist in 2013), UN MDA Student Award (Finalist in 2013), BEAU Award (2015 and Shortlisted in 2013), AIT ‘Living Interior’ Award (Nominated in 2012), WAN Retail Interior Award (Finalist in 2011), COAVN Award for Interior Architecture (2010), FAD Award for Interior Design (Finalist in 2010 and 2012), FAD Award for Ephemeral Interventions (Shortlisted in 2015), Award for the Design of the Decade from the Navarre Chamber of Commerce (2010), Award for Design from the Navarre Chamber of Commerce (2009 and Finalist in 2007), Saloni Award for Interior Architecture (2006 and Finalist in 2009 and 2010) and ArquinFAD Wood Living Award (Finalist in 2007).
