Mario Sangalli Uggeri (Donostia, 1964) Architect by the ETSA of Barcelona since 1990, he earned a PhD from the ETSA of San Sebastian in 2013, with the thesis 'Luis Peña Ganchegui: The Architect as a Place'.

Collaborator of Luis Peña Ganchegui since 1988, he founded in 1991 the Estudio Peña Ganchegui together with Luis Peña himself and Rocío Peña, with whom he is currently directing this architectural firm. Their works and projects, many of them won in contests, have been published in numerous books and specialized magazines, and their work has been awarded several times.

Architectural Design Professor since 1997 at the ETSA of San Sebastián, where he has held various positions, he is a founding member of Archivo Peña Ganchegui, and has recently curated the first edition of the 'Peña Ganchegui Prize to the Basque Young Architecture'.
